Delivered by New Lodge Youth Centre in partnership with Harberton School, #hearMeOut gives a platform to the voices of young people living with disabilities and additional needs. Through personal stories, lived experiences, and community research, the campaign highlights the barriers young people face and the positive changes that can help create a more accessible and inclusive society for everyone.
